Rebo Pungkasan
The word "Rebo Pungkasan" refers to the last Rebo (the last Wednesday) of the Javanese month of Sapar. This Rite will be held on Tuesday evening, 01 February 2011, in Wonokromo, the Sub-district of Pleret in Bantul. Starting with communal prayer at the local mosque of Wonokromo, in the Sub-district of Pleret, this rite constitutes the people's expectation to God to reject any disease and any other calamities, and the attempt to conserve the lofty values of the ancestors.

Bekti Pertiwi and Pisungsung Jaladri
The traditional ceremonies of Bekti Pertiwi and Pisungsung Jaladri represent gratitude to God for the efficaciuos harvest. It is also meant as a plea for the next successful harvest and for safety of the tourist an their visit to Parangtritis. It will be held on Tuesday, 31 May 2011, at the pendapa (the Javanese traditional mansion) in Parangtritis village, the Sub-district of Kretek, Bantul. Bekti Pertiwi includes disposal of offerings, mass cleansing of sanctified places, and kenduri (the Javanese ritual meal), while Pisungsung Jaladri consists of floating the offering to the sea, and laying food offering on the sacred rock of Batu Gilang.

The Thanksgiving Day of Dodogan
A thanksgiving ritual by the people of Dusun Dodogan will be held on Wednesday, 1 June 2011. The uniqueness of this ritual is kirab jodhang (the parade of bamboo stretchers holding the offering). The procession starts with communal prayer in the house of the village's chief and proceeds to the local pond called Sendang Ayu where the jodhang is given away to the crowd. The ritual ends with kenduri (eating together the food offering).

Traditional ceremony is held to memorized the journey of Kyai Wisang Sanjaya and his wife from Majapahit Kingdom to Gedangan village safety. It is held by the people of Gedangrejo, Karangmojo, Gunungkidul.
